People in the Public Eye
Every effort is made to secure the privacy of all patients. Because of the intrusive nature of certain media, extra precautions must be taken for our patients in the public eye. Our staff accommodates patients’ schedules and need for privacy with secret entrances, secret waiting rooms, and special off-hour surgery schedules, as well as customized boutique services.
We are in compliance with all HIPPA privacy policies and all staff members sign very strict legally binding confidentiality agreements. Our staff is very experienced with patients having unique privacy needs. We are proud of our record: NO LEAKS originating in our office.
We do NOT use or disclose patient medical or health information without permission or consent.
We do NOT disclose health or medical records against the will of the patient (unless it were to be ordered by a court of law).
We do NOT grant restrictions on the disclosure of health or medical records when requested.
We DO comply with the AMA Code of Ethics.
Our patients include heads of state, their relatives, company presidents and executives, on air talent from every major network, the politically prominent, and just people who need privacy for their own reasons.
